Since the onset of his career, Philip has been making waves. He served as the Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing at The World of ResidenSea, which featured 110 onboard residences. During this venture, he traveled around the world to bring the ship to market opening sales offices and recruiting sales agents in London, Beverly Hills

Since the onset of his career, Philip has been making waves. He served as the Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing at The World of ResidenSea, which featured 110 onboard residences. During this venture, he traveled around the world to bring the ship to market opening sales offices and recruiting sales agents in London, Beverly Hills, New York, Monte Carlo and Miami. 


His passion for real estate led to several sales director positions including Regional Director of Sales for Premier Sales Group overseeing projects in Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale to Miami and Director of Sales of the Brazilian Court Hotel and Condominium from 2003 to 2006 where he achieved prices of $1600 per square foot on Palm Beach lsland. 


He also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing behind a push to bring  W Hotels to Las Vegas where his team contributed over $750 million in sales. 


In addition, Philip has proven himself in the Fractional Ownership model selling over 20 percent of a proposed project in Miami known as Island Gardens featuring the first Mega Yacht Marina in Miami to accommodate yachts in excess of 400 feet. 


Philip was selected as the Director of Sales, for the $400 million sellout of the architectural masterpiece Grove at Grand Bay by Bjarke Ingels of BIG.  


Philip was recruited as the Managing Director for Compass Real Estate's New Development Division for the South East of the US, and Latin & South America bringing in over $1BN in sellable inventory.


Philip C Freedman was brought on in December of 2019, as the Executive Director of Sales -for Douglas Elliman,  to sellout the remaining 50% of the residences at "The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach".  The iconic Piero Lissoni designed and repurposed structure of the previous Miami Heart Institute.  The property consists of 110 apartment homes (average 3 bedrooms w/over 3300 interior sqft) and the 15 Villas (8-Waterfront & 7-Landside) - Philip effectively restructured the sales team and re-invigorated sales.  Within 18 months the apartments were sold out and in February of 2021 the launch of the 15 Villas commenced and by Summer 2021 - 15 of the 15 are sold and construction is to be completed by September 2022.   Overseeing each sale from negotiations through to closing is Philip's forte.


Commencing in 2022 Philip was brought on to oversee the new sales efforts to release The Perigon Miami Beach as the Director of  Sales .  The property is the first new “On the Sand” project in over 3 years in Miami Beach and has helped secure sales to date from $3,000,000 to $52,450,000 with the project to be an over  $859,000,000 sellout.

Ronn Rubin Glanz became a licensed real estate agent in 2000 and has sold alongside his husband, Philip Freedman numerous bespoke properties along the waterfront and in the sky in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Ronn Rubin began with a degree at the esteemed College for Creative Studies, Michigan, earning a degree in Art Direction and Design. He was hired by Ross Roy Advertising during his final semester of studies, only two of 200 students to boast that honor, and began a successful career in creative design and advertising.


Moving to Florida in 1992, he became the Creative Director at Dodd Printers, a large Miami print house winning three prestigious Printing Association of Florida, (PAF) design awards for logo, (first place among 2200 entries), corporate booklet, (third place) and sales presentation booklet (second place) categories in just the first year. Ronn Rubin’s love of advertising spilled over into development real estate, selling out the Shore Club in Miami at record prices as well as other less well known developments.


Today, Ronn Rubin sells waterfront properties from Key Largo to Singer Island. He’s a truth-teller and bluntly tells it like it is.


Ronn has sold over 16 residences  from 2021-2023 on the famed Diplomat Parkway overlooking the new Shell Bay Club Golf Course and Waterway - an Auberge Resort property.


Ronn Rubin creates abstract art in his spare time and tends to no less than four highly coiffed Standard Poodles at his home in Hollywood, Florida
